Overview:
Let's face it, this economy is tough. But a slow economy doesn't mean that the bills stop coming. And now there's another mouth to feed in the Glenn household! (In case you hadn't heard, Tim and Jennifer's son, Grayson Troy Glenn, was born on March 30th, 2009. A 7 pound, 7 ounce healthy baby boy!) So, when things get tough, we lean on our friends for help. That's where you come in. Help Tim sell some CDs and you can earn some cool prizes! That's right, help Tim sell his new CD, So Human, and you could win dinner and some music--on Tim! Think of it as a "you scratch my back, I'll take ya out to dinner" sorta deal!

The fan who sells the most copies of Tim's new CD, So Human, between May 1st and June 26th, wins a $50 restaurant gift certificate and the entire discography collection of Tim Glenn, including:

Main Street - On Bended Knee (1989)

Eligibility:
The Tim Glenn Music Beats and Eats contest is open to any residents of the contiguous 48 states of the United States of America. Members of Tim Glenn Music and their immediate family members are not eligible.

Contest Period:
The Tim Glenn Music Beats and Eats contest begins at 12:00 Noon, MST, Friday, May 1, 2009 and ends at 5pm MST on June 26, 2009.
Any sales received after 5pm on June 26, 2009 will not be eligible for the contest.

How to enter:
Tell your friends about Tim Glenn's new CD, So Human. Then, send them to the Tim Glenn Music Store to purchase a copy. Orders must be paid for with a check or money order, made out to:

Tell your friends to make sure they put your name in the "note" section of the check or money order, to make sure you get credit for the sale. The fan who sells the most copies of Tim Glenn's CD, So Human, will win the grand prize.
The fan who sells the second most amount of copies of Tim Glenn's CD, So Human, will receive the second place prize.
The fan who sells the third most amount of copies of Tim Glenn's CD, So Human, will win the third place prize.

Prizes:
Grand Prize: 1 (one) grand prize to include a $50 gift certificate to a national chain restaurant of the winner's choice, plus a complete Tim Glenn discography set, including So Human (2008), New Pair of Shoes (2002), XP - 10 Songs (1999), Shock the World (1990), Main Street - On Bended Knee (1989). (Approximate value: $100)

Second Place Prize: 1 (one) $20 gift certificate to a national chain restaurant of the winner's choice, plus a copy of Tim Glenn's So Human CD (2008) and a copy of Tim Glenn's New Pair of Shoes CD (2002). (Approximate value: $43)

Third Place Prize: 1 (one) $10 gift certificate to a national chain restaurant of the winner's choice, plus a copy of Tim Glenn's CD, So Human. (Approximate value: $23)

Tie Breaker:
In the event of a tie, the winners will be determined by the date in which they were credited for their last sale.
For example, if contestant A sells 10 CDs and their last sale is on May 19th, and contestant B sells 10 CDs but their last sale is on May 20th, then contestant A will receive a higher ranking than contestant B.

Winners List: A full list of the winners will be posted on the Tim Glenn Music website.

If, at any time, this Contest shall be challenged by any legal or regulatory authority, Tim Glenn Music reserves the right to discontinue or modify the contest. In any such event, Tim Glenn Music has no liability to any players.
